The Work Perk are an award-winning brand promotions agency who create targeted reward campaigns across the UK, EMEA and America. We work with large brands, such as Unilever, PepsiCo, Britvic and L’Oréal as well as new and up-and-coming companies.

We have secured contracts with the NHS, Network Rail and TUCO – allowing our brands access to the most in demand audiences. Within each of our sites, we have state of the art technology in place, which cannot be duplicated by any of our competition.

We provide our brands the tools to market their products via sampling, outdoor advertising and digital campaigns.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for imaginative, creative, energetic and experienced sales professionals who can bring both strategy and flair to our well-established team whilst working with TOP global brands on multi-channel campaigns/sales strategies.

The role:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for researching the market and targeting/identifying multiple sectors to build relationships, develop sales opportunities, and execute pitches to the global corporate industry.

Your role will be to consult brands, identify their goals for growth and help best advise which, if not all, of our routes to market would suit them best

You do not require previous experience in this sector or industry, but you require a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in new business development.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify relevant leads in a variety of sectors and territories across the UK, EMEA & America

• Proactively open and close viable business opportunities

• Liaise and pitch to top-tier clients

• Have confidence to sell direct to MD/CEO level

• Manage global customers

• Present the solutions both in person and virtually to client

• Create proposals and decks (working in partnership with our design team)

Requirements

• Hungry for success with attitude and drive to exceed targets

• Willingness to work long hours should the project dictate

• Pro-active attitude and an eagerness to learn quickly

• 2+ years of new business development experience

• Previous experience of working within advertising is desired but not essential

• Excellent communication skills
