We are a London-based property maintenance company working with estate agents and private clients. We operate with a UK-based management team and a Cyprus-based back-office team, and we are building a structured, high-performance system to support our growth.

### Role Overview

We are hiring a Quote Production Assistant to prepare professional draft quotations based on job notes, photos, and instructions.

This is a structured, process-driven role. You will be trained to follow a clear system and produce consistent, high-quality outputs.

### Working Hours (IMPORTANT)

This role follows **fixed UK working hours**.

* **Training Phase (First 2–3 weeks):**
* 07:00 – 11:00 UK time (4 hours per day)
* **After Training (Full Role):**
* 07:00 – 14:00 UK time (7 hours per day)

You must be available to work these hours consistently.

### Pay

* **$3.50 per hour (starting rate)**
* Increase in hours and responsibility after successful training period

### Key Responsibilities

* Convert job notes into structured scopes of work
* Prepare draft quotations in Xero (training provided)
* Organise and interpret job photos and descriptions
* Ensure clarity, accuracy, and professional formatting
* Follow pricing rules strictly (no independent decisions)

### Requirements

* Excellent written and spoken English (IMPORTANT)
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to structure information clearly
* Ability to follow systems and instructions precisely
* Reliable and consistent work ethic

### Important Notes

* This is NOT a customer service role
* This is NOT a decision-making role
* This is a structured production role
* You will be working closely with both our **UK-based team and Cyprus-based operations team**
* Training will be provided using a structured system
