Head of Spanish- Superb school in Haringey- September start

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Spanish department, providing guidance and support to teachers

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and implementing strategies for improvement
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Ensure the effective use of resources and technology within the department
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding students' academic performance
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of Spanish education
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Spanish or a related field
- Teaching certification and relevant teaching experience
- Proven experience as a Head of Spanish or similar leadership role
- Outstanding knowledge and understanding of the Spanish curriculum
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students and staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
- Passion for English education and commitment to academic excellence
