We build enterprise AI tools that help businesses work faster—search internal documents with smart answers, draft compliant content, analyse data in plain language, and compare contracts in seconds.

Everything runs securely in the customer's own cloud environment

Our customers are typically mid-sized UK businesses that take data privacy seriously. Many come from finance, legal, healthcare, and professional services, but not exclusively—what they share is a need for AI that doesn't compromise on security.

We're a small European team moving fast in the UK market. You'll work directly with founders, shape how we grow, and see the impact of every deal you close. No layers of management, no corporate politics. You'll also represent us at industry conferences and networking events—we sponsor heavily and believe in face-to-face relationships.

The Role

You'll drive new business sales across the UK, converting inbound leads into long-term customers.

What you'll do:

  • Qualify and close inbound leads from mid-sized businesses exploring enterprise AI
  • Run product demos, and commercial negotiations
  • Build pipeline through conferences, networking events, and referrals
  • Work closely with founders to refine messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS or tech sales (enterprise software, cloud services, or similar)
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling to mid-market businesses (50-500 employees ideal)
  • Comfortable running the full sales cycle from networking to closing
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
  • Confident representing the company at conferences and industry events
  • UK-based and eligible to work in the UK
