£85,000 – £95,000 + Package

Ever wanted a genuine pathway to Director level?
A small but ambitious high-end residential contractor in South West London is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Operations Lead.
This is a key hire for the business.
You’ll work closely with the owner, overseeing project delivery while helping shape the operational side of the company as it continues to grow.
The Role
- Oversee multiple high-end residential refurbishments
- Support and guide a small delivery team across live projects
- Work closely with the business owner to help grow the company
- Improve operational processes and project performance
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to exceptional standards
The Projects
- £1m – £5m luxury residential refurbishments
- Some mixed-use developments
- Private clients and a select number of trusted developers
What They’re Looking For
- Strong experience delivering prime or high-end residential projects
- Comfortable overseeing multiple schemes at once
- Someone who understands how SME contractors operate
- A hands-on leader who enjoys working in a small, collaborative team
- Commercial awareness and the ability to help improve how projects are run
