Programs and Business Operations Lead
We’re looking for an experienced Programs and Business Operations Lead to support the growth and delivery of new membership and marketplace programs.
You’ll work across product, marketing, data science, finance and operations to turn ideas into effective programs. This role suits someone who can move between strategic analysis and hands-on coordination: building reports, tracking experiments, organising launches and creating practical processes that help teams work efficiently.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports and regular business reviews using SQL, Excel or Google Sheets, and Tableau or similar tools.
- Analyse program performance, answer business questions and share clear recommendations.
- Support the design and measurement of experiments and pilots, including sizing opportunities and summarising results.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, tracking owners, timelines, dependencies and open issues.
- Support in-person and digital event or content production, from planning and logistics through delivery.
- Turn program goals into clear requirements, process documentation and operational playbooks.
- Prepare decks, one-pagers and status updates for stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps and create practical tools or templates to help teams work more effectively.
- 8–10 years’ experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, consulting or program management.
- A degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Excel or Google Sheets and SQL.
- Experience with Tableau or a similar business intelligence tool.
- A track record of managing multiple projects and priorities with strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting event or content production, including coordinating vendors, timelines and logistics.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting data and recommendations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing or data science teams.
- A proactive, curious approach and confidence working in an evolving environment.
