- Provide guidance and support to trustees on a broad range of governance, regulatory, funding and scheme–related matters.
- Support schemes through key projects and transactions, including buy–ins and buy–outs, funding discussions, liability management exercises and corporate restructurings.
- Work closely with advisers and service providers to ensure appropriate advice is obtained and actions are followed through effectively.
- Keep up to date with developments across the pensions industry and ensure relevant technical and regulatory information is communicated appropriately.
- Support wider trustee and governance projects, including adviser and service provider reviews.
- Contribute to the development of the trustee services offering and support business growth through maintaining strong external relationships.
- Share knowledge and experience with colleagues and contribute to the development of the wider trustee team.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality across all aspects of the role.
