Creative Admin Assistant

Jellycat
London

For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

Jellycat has an exciting opportunity for a Creative Admin Assistant to join our Creative Marketing department. Working in close collaboration with our Content team, you’ll play a key administrative role in supporting the joyful, brand defining projects that bring our world to life.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 2+ years of experience in a similar environment, looking to bring their exceptional organisational and time management skills to a fast-paced, growing team.  Attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive, positive attitude are essential for this role.

Please note: some UK travel may be required.

You'll be;

  • Managing the Creative Team inbox and respond to general enquiries.
  • Supporting in the assessment of creative briefs on Monday.com and when applicable chase for missing information or further project details.
  • Regularly aligning with project managers, so you can assist in assigning briefs to the appropriate team members based on scope and capacity.
  • Monitoring and recording receipts and expenses related to creative projects.
  • Coordinating and booking internal creative meetings and external sessions as needed.
  • Providing support for Aprimo (digital asset management system) with asset uploads and metadata tagging.

  • Ensuring briefs are logged correctly and consistently.
  • Improving efficiency in inbox triage and brief assignment.
  • Providing visibility into team workload and resource planning.
  • Freeing up the project coordination team to focus on strategic delivery, execution, and optimisation.

You'll have;

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Aprimo) is ideal.
  • Excellent friendly and professional communication.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
