Multi Trader
Carrying out basic carpentry, painting, mastic, patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs.
Attending defects and warranty-related issues.
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Liaising professionally with homeowners, site teams and subcontractors.
Maintaining company standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as a Multi Trader within the new build housing sector.
Competent across a range of trades including carpentry, painting, decorating and general finishing works.
Good understanding of NHBC standards and new build quality expectations.
Excellent customer-facing skills.
Full UK driving licence.
CSCS Card preferred. What's On Offer £45,000 - £52,000 per annum.
