Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the marketing strategy across your product lines, with a strong focus on brand building and expansion.
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, PR, partnerships, retail, and experiential).
- Manage product positioning, messaging, and creative assets to ensure consistent and impactful brand identity.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Oversee budget allocation and measure ROI across campaigns and channels.
- Build and manage relationships with agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Support the wider team in identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities.
About You
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within FMCG, consumer health, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Comfortable working across the full marketing mix: digital, social, PR, events, ATL and trade marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand development, product marketing, and consumer engagement.
- Hands-on experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Commercially astute, data-driven, and confident in making strategic decisions.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
