Bid Coordinator
Do you enjoy keeping things organised and running smoothly behind the scenes?
Are you naturally detail-oriented and have a knack for coordinating multiple moving parts?
Keen to build a career in bid writing within a fast-paced, collaborative environment?
esynergy is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support our business development team and play a key role in delivering high-quality bid submissions across public-sector frameworks.
You’ll work closely with our Bid Lead and wider team to manage the end-to-end bid process — from identifying opportunities to final submission. This is a hands-on role where organisation, communication, and attention to detail are essential.
You’ll be proactive, reliable, and eager to learn — someone who takes pride in delivering polished work and keeping everything on track.
Responsibilities:
Monitor procurement portals (Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Stotles) to identify relevant opportunities
Keep the bid tracker up to date, ensuring deadlines are clearly flagged and managed
Coordinate bid responses by chasing inputs, managing document versions, and keeping everything aligned
Format and proofread submissions to a high standard, ensuring they meet client requirements
Support the bid library, maintaining case studies, CVs, boilerplate content, and certifications
Organise and minute bid kick-offs and review sessions
Manage submission logistics, including portal uploads and deadline tracking
Requirements: ✔️
1–2 years’ experience in an administrative, coordination, or writing-related role (bid/proposals experience is a bonus, not essential)
Strong written English with a confident eye for proofreading and detail
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Proactive and solutions-focused, with a “get stuck in” mindset
An interest in technology, public sector procurement, or professional services
We’re a collaborative, fast-moving consultancy where you’ll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and build your skills in bid writing. You’ll be supported by an experienced team and gain exposure to meaningful work across the public sector and financial services.
