Your Role as Corporate Tax Manager

As a Manager, you will delegate work to junior team members, support their development, and report directly to Directors and Engagement Leaders.

You will:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate real estate clients with complex tax affairs

• Oversee compliance delivery while contributing to advisory and technical projects

• Structure property ownership for commercial investors and social businesses in the UK and overseas

• Advise on all tax aspects of property acquisitions and disposals, including financing arrangements and sale & purchase agreements

• Lead and manage due diligence assignments on property and corporate acquisitions, coordinating input from VAT, Stamp Taxes and Construction Industry Scheme specialists

• Provide advice to groups operating within the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) regime

• Ensure high-quality delivery within budget and agreed timelines

• Support business development activity including proposals, networking and identifying growth opportunities

About You

• CTA qualified (preferred) or equivalent, ideally ACA or ACCA qualified

• Strong experience managing corporate tax clients within a professional services environment

• Demonstrable real estate tax experience

• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver technically robust work

• International tax exposure advantageous

• Commercial mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience supervising and developing junior staff
