Director of Marketing Operations – Influencer Marketing (Video Games)
Location: London (Office-based)
Salary: Competitive + performance bonus + progression opportunity
The Role
Player Found is a fast-growing influencer marketing agency specialising in creator campaigns for video games.
We work across both paid and organic, helping games find players by putting them into the hands of the right creators — including large-scale outreach via targeted email campaigns.
We are now hiring a General Manager to take operational leadership of the business and work closely with the CEO to scale the agency.
This role is focused on:
- Improving and scaling campaign delivery
- Building operational structure and consistency
- Leading and developing the team
- Supporting the continued growth of the business
- For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to Managing Director over time.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- You will work closely with the CEO to bring structure, clarity and consistency to how Player Found operates.
- You’ll work across the business, particularly with the campaign delivery team, covering:
- High-volume organic creator outreach (email-led campaigns)
- Paid influencer campaigns
- Paid retargeting
You will:
- Introduce and improve processes, workflows, and reporting standards
- Ensure campaigns are delivered consistently and at high quality
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop campaign and account teams
- Improve accountability, communication, and performance
- Support hiring, development, and team growth
Project Delivery
- Ensure capacity is in place to meet project requirements
- Ensure scope, timelines, and resourcing are realistic
- Optimise campaign delivery and effectiveness
- Support the development of new services
Client & Commercial Oversight
- Support and strengthen key client relationships
- Ensure campaigns are delivered profitably
- Contribute to pricing, scoping, and commercial decisions
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines agency experience, operational thinking, and leadership capability.
Essential Experience
- Experience working in a marketing or influencer agency
- Experience delivering influencer / creator campaigns
- Experience with high-volume creator outreach or email campaigns
- Experience managing teams and campaign delivery
- Strong understanding of how agencies operate commercially
Highly Valuable (but not essential)
- Experience in video games marketing
- Experience improving processes or delivery systems
- Exposure to budgets, pricing, or profitability
- Experience working with YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok creators
