The Role:
With a solid footing in Residential Property Law, this firm's directors bring decades of experience and stellar reputations to the table. Your role as the Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer will be to handle a range of conveyancing matters including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, landlord and tenant transactions including granting and taking leases and acting for lenders and borrowers.
Requirements:
You will be a proactive and personable Residential Conveyancer (either Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) with at least 3 years of relevant PQE. Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, along with a knack for managing and nurturing client relationships.
