Join our Global Aerospace division and become part of our General Aviation Open Market team, supporting a diverse portfolio of global clients across the aviation sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to work with complex, high-value aviation risks and develop your expertise within a specialist, fast-paced environment.

You’ll support Senior Account Executives and Account Directors while managing your own portfolio, working with a broad client base including business jet operators, high-net-worth individuals, charter operators, air ambulance providers and rotor wing operators.

Following onboarding and training, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of client accounts, including:

• Managing a portfolio of General Aviation clients from enquiry through to renewal
• Supporting senior colleagues on large, complex fleet policies
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, responding to queries throughout the policy lifecycle
• Gathering underwriting information and instructions from aircraft owners and operators
• Working collaboratively with third-party producing brokers where required
• Preparing and issuing quotations and policy documentation using internal systems
• Attending client meetings, industry events and exhibitions where required
• Managing your monthly renewal pipeline efficiently and proactively
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and service standards
• Contributing to continuous improvement of team processes and operations
• Supporting the training and development of junior team members (where appropriate)
• Taking ownership of your own professional development and technical growth

• 3+ years’ experience in aviation or general insurance account management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of attention to detail and organisational ability
• Proactive, motivated and adaptable approach to work
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent) with a working knowledge of general insurance products and classes
