Counterparty Credit Risk Technology Delivery Manager
Counterparty Credit Risk Technology Delivery Manager will lead the end-to-end technology delivery of Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) change across EMEA, converting the CCR Product Owner roadmap and business priorities into executable delivery plans and production outcomes.Responsibilities include:
- Own integrated delivery plans for CCR initiatives from initiation and solution design through build, testing, implementation, operational handover and post-production stabilization.
- Coordinate delivery across CCR technology components including risk calculation engines, exposure and limit platforms, trade and market data feeds, reference data, data platforms, reporting, controls and downstream integrations.
- Establish and run effective Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog readiness, stand-ups, showcases, retrospectives and release planning, while applying appropriate program governance.
- Plan and coordinate technology delivery activities for counterparty credit risk initiatives, ensuring work is ready to progress.
- Track delivery plans, milestones and dependencies, giving clear updates on progress and next steps.
- Work with banking and technology colleagues to agree priorities and maintain a practical delivery schedule.
- Identify delivery issues early and coordinate actions that help keep work on track.
- Maintain clear records of delivery decisions, actions and outstanding items for relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, updates and follow-up actions across teams involved in the delivery of change.
- Review delivery progress against agreed plans and highlight areas that need attention.
- Help ensure technology changes are delivered in a controlled and well-organised way.
