Commercial Operations Professional

Contract – Permanent

Location - Uxbridge

What to expect:

As the Local Projects Business Partner , you will act as a critical liaison between the in-market teams and the above-market organisation. This role focuses on driving local GB strategic initiatives, enabling operational excellence, and ensuring business needs are fully met. You will contribute to delivering key projects, fostering collaboration, and continuously improving processes to secure value delivery

Key elements of this role:

• Drive adoption of commercial tools (deploying commercial tools, perform last-mile customization, bridge with central team, perform change management by building capabilities, fostering cultural engagement around use of new and existing tools, gather feedback)
• Build new Power App tools, working with internal stakeholders to understand needs & work alongside BPT to create a tool which needs to be tested, piloted & deployed
• Support the enhancement & building of existing and new Showpad Apps, working alongside external & internal stakeholders to create a tool which needs to be tested, piloted & deployed
• Manage end-to-end strategic initiatives to align service lines with commercial objectives.
• Influence and challenge key stakeholders across the business to drive a diverse agenda. Deliver clear, concise communication across commercial business units.
• Identify areas for intervention and opportunities for improvement.

We’re looking for an adaptable and proactive individual who thrives in dynamic environments and excels in building strong relationships. Your ability to lead projects, foster collaboration, and deliver results will ensure success in this role.

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Experience of building Power Apps / and working with Power BI
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and strategic project management.
• Strong commercial and business development acumen.
• Experience of video creation
• Effective communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and tools deployment.
• A proactive mindset, flexibility, and eagerness to learn.
