  • Produce clear, engaging communications that tell the Hollis story and reinforce key messages

  • Act as guardian of the Hollis brand, ensuring consistent and effective implementation across all communications

  • Provide oversight of all marketing communication channels including website, social media, marketing collateral, PR, email marketing, video, events, advertising and sponsorship

  • Lead content strategy and planning, including production of the monthly insights newsletter

  • Ensure the website remains relevant, up to date, high quality and aligned with current business needs

  • Oversee the communications elements of the events programme, including Hollis-led events and industry events

  • Measure, analyse and report on marketing activity to monitor performance and inform future planning

  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies

  • Manage the marketing and communications budget effectively

  • Provide line management, mentoring and development to team members

  • Act as an ambassador for the Hollis brand, influencing colleagues to adopt strong marketing and sales practices

About You

You will be an experienced communications professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality content and campaigns. You will be confident working with senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities and driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the brand and communications discipline, including marketing strategy, digital and print communications, content, advertising and sponsorship, events, brand management and internal communications

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering projects for senior stakeholders

  • A passion for developing engaging content and the ability to plan, prioritise and meet tight deadlines

  • Experience managing and developing people

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or demonstrated equivalent experience

Our preference is to recruit directly wherever possible. Should this role be approved for support from external recruitment partners, we will contact our PSL agencies accordingly.
Please note that we do not accept unsolicited CVs from agencies. Effective introduction of a candidate will only be accepted if it has been requested to submit CV’s in relation to a specific vacancy. Any speculative submissions will not incur a fee. For any queries, kindly reach out to the appropriate Talent Acquisition team member.
