£40,000 | Monday to Friday | Small Team | 100-150 covers daily

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Lead Chef to run our small but busy kitchen near Victoria Station.

The role:
  • Lead a team
  • Deliver 100-150 plates per day
  • Monday to Friday - no weekends
  • Full responsibility for daily kitchen operations

  • Experienced chef with strong leadership skills
  • Organised, calm under pressure, and detail-focused
  • A team player who can motivate and inspire others
What we offer:
