JOB PURPOSE

The Marketing Coordinator will support the EMEIA Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of regional marketing activity, with a key focus on talent, influencer and event activations across EMEIA. The role will take ownership of agreed projects and day-to-day workstreams, acting as an
extension of the Marketing Manager and working closely with regional markets, global talent teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure activity is delivered seamlessly and in line with Burberry’s brand and business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, commercially minded and culturally curious marketeer or ex PR who can confidently manage multiple projects, build strong relationships and proactively identify opportunities for the brand and business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business & Innovation : Proactively identify culturally relevant talent, influencer and event opportunities that support commercial priorities and wider business objectives. Bring forward innovative ideas to drive brand engagement and customer recruitment.

• Talent: Proactively research and present relevant, culturally impactful talent across a broad range of activations, with casting recommendations aligned to project objectives, regional priorities and the Burberry brand. With Marketing Assistant support, own regional talent and event dressing, including requests, product, logistics and talent/agent communication, and manage paid creator activations through to execution.

• Events : Assist the Marketing Manager on the coordination and delivery of agreed regional eventsand activations, from event decks, guest lists and production through to logistics and on-site execution.

• Approvals & Stakeholders : Support the Marketing Manager in managing approvals with Global teams and build strong relationships with EMEIA markets, Central teams, Retail and external partners.

• Sample Management : Oversee regional sample trackers and inventory, working with Marketing Assistants and Global teams to coordinate product orders, shipments and requirements for talent, influencer and event activity.

• Reporting : Coordinate regional reporting, ensuring Marketing Assistants deliver accurate and timely reports. Review submissions and highlight key insights and learnings to the Marketing Manager.

• Budget & Invoicing : Support the Marketing Manager with regional budget tracking andmonitoring of spend. Coordinate invoices and POs with Marketing Assistants and Finance teams to ensure timely processing and payment.
