The Role: Job Title: Operations Specialist Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (DOE)Location : London – Hybrid working What would I be doing day to day?As Operations Specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and compliance in line with the company standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive efficiency, maintain data integrity and support the key business objectives. Key duties:

Manage client engagements - including third-party vendor management systems
Generate and manage financial reports - preparing budget tracking and revenue forecast reporting
Draft and track standard legal documentation, partnering with the Legal Team as required
Communicate and partner with internal team members to support client and consultant needs
Partner with Talent professionals to enhance candidate experiences with consultants
Process operational paperwork related to engagement, onboarding, and redeployment of consultants
Partner with Finance and HR to resolve consultant issues and improve operational efficiency

What is the company looking for?

Prior experience in an Operations role in the Financial or Professional services industry
Strong attention to detail
Proficient IT skills including MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel + other tools
Strong collaboration and influencing skills within a matrixed environment - confident building relationships
