Join Rocco Forte Hotels as a Maitre'D and be the charming, confident face of our Drawing Room, delivering sophisticated service and a warm welcome. Working alongside the The Drawing Room Management team, you'll ensure flawless service and exceed guest expectations.
Fluent in fine food and wine, you'll quickly master the menu and its provenance, while maintaining impeccable presentation and attention to detail. Your communication skills will ensure guest requests and dietary needs are met.
As a key team member, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and run your section during busy services. Your dedication and pride in your work will make you an essential part of the Rocco Forte family.
