Science Technician — East London
A large and well-resourced secondary school in East London is seeking a Science Technician to join its dedicated Science faculty from January 2026.
Science Technician required from January 2026
East London school with outstanding laboratory provision.
Seeking a technician able to prepare practical equipment, manage chemical stores, and support Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons.
You will ensure practical work is ready for lessons, maintain lab safety, prepare materials for required practicals, and support teachers with demonstration setups.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience as a Science Technician (or lab background) desirable.
- Understanding of lab health and safety.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work across all three science subjects.
