What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Letting residential properties in a fast-paced London market
• Providing outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants
• Growing market share and exceeding performance targets
• Managing the full lettings process, from viewings through to move-ins

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Solid experience in residential lettings
• Familiarity with the London property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, punctual, and articulate
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
• A proactive and determined mindset
• Some listing experience would be beneficial
