Sales Associate
NN.07 is looking for an experienced part-time Sales Associate to join the team in Covent Garden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information to customers, including but not limited to style, fit, fabric, etc.
- Utilize retail math skills to process transactions accurately
- Assist with maintaining stockroom/BOH organisation
- Ensure that the sales floor is up to visual merchandising standards at all times
- Collaborate with the sales team and store leadership to meet and exceed sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
- At least one year's experience in retail sales with a luxury/contemporary fashion brand
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and foster relationships
- Available to work when we are busy, including nights, weekends, holidays, and various special events
