Sr. Product Marketing Manager
Job Description:
Inriver is a global leader in Product Information Management (PIM) solutions, helping enterprise businesses optimize their product data for digital commerce success. We enable brands to deliver enhanced customer experiences, increase revenue, and streamline their go-to-market strategies.
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is a key driver in how we bring our “Optimizing” product pillar to life in the market. From messaging and positioning to sales enablement and commercialization, you will own the go-to-market strategy for some of Inriver’s most advanced capabilities. This includes AI-powered workflows, optimization loops, media management, and product enrichment experiences.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success, balancing data-driven strategy with flawless execution. While this is a senior-level role, it is also an individual contributor position, so a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Lead messaging, positioning, and commercialization efforts for Inriver’s “Optimizing” product pillar, including capabilities like workflows and AI-driven insights.
- Launch new features and enhancements by collaborating closely with product management, engineering, and customer-facing teams to define value propositions and bring them to market.
- Own the creation of customer-facing and sales-facing collateral including datasheets, pitch decks, FAQs, and demo narratives that clearly articulate value.
- Enable the sales, customer success, and partner teams with tools and training to position and sell Inriver solutions.
- Partner with Digital, Events, Customer and marketing to support enablement related to product functionality.
- Identify customers who exemplify value realization and partner with the content team to develop compelling case studies and success stories.
- Support market intelligence and analysis to shape product roadmaps, influence pricing and packaging, and guide GTM plans.
- Act as the commercialization lead across the product release lifecycle. Work closely with product managers to plan launch phases, identify customer value, and inform internal and external rollouts.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and evolving the launch process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven experience building messaging, launching products, and enabling sales teams in complex technical environments, including experience with AI/ML messaging.
- Deep understanding of enterprise buyer personas and the ability to translate features into business value
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates across audiences
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple programs in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and work closely with product, sales, and customer success
- Data-driven approach with experience in using customer insights and competitive intelligence to inform GTM strategies
