As the Operations & Logistics Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-brand, omni-channel business. Supporting retailers, distributors, professional partners and direct-to-consumer channels, you will be responsible for warehousing, logistics, customer fulfilment and operational performance. The role will also lead key operational projects, while supporting the onboarding of new customers and operational capabilities to enable future growth.
Responsibilities:

· Own key operational KPIs including OTIF, SLA performance, inventory accuracy, warehouse and transport performance, driving actions to improve service and efficiency.
· Manage daily operational activities, including order exceptions, logistics disruptions, inventory issues and capacity planning, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated.
· Support inbound logistics and cross-border operations, providing guidance on import/export requirements, customs processes and compliance-related queries where required.

· Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Planning and operational teams to support launches, business changes and operational priorities.
· Support the onboarding and implementation of new customers and operational partners, including operational requirement reviews, EDI integration support, systems setup, process development and successful go-live execution.
· Provide leadership, support and development to a team of Customer Service, Logistics and Operations professionals.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
· Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, customer experience and cost performance through process, system and automation enhancements.
· Lead strategic operational projects, including warehouse transitions, network changes and new operational capabilities, ensuring successful implementation with minimal disruption to customers and business operations.
· Support business growth through continuous review of operational performance, ways of working and service delivery models.
What We Are Looking For:
· Proven experience in Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain management within a fast-paced multi-channel environment.
· Strong understanding of warehousing, transport, inventory management and customer fulfilment operations, including cross-border flows and customs/compliance requirements
· Experience managing 3PL providers and operational projects - warehouse transitions, network changes or new market/customer go-lives.
· Strong affinity for process optimisation and technology-driven improvement, including the use of AI-assisted tools to streamline reporting, exception management and day-to-day decision-making.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
· Excellent communicator, able to influence and negotiate across functions and external partners, and to lead, coach and develop a team.
