Senior Account Executive at Ardoq

Lead complex enterprise and mid-market sales and act as a trusted advisor to help global organizations shape their digital transformation.

The Ardoq Story

Ardoq is one of Norway’s most exciting scale-ups—a truly global company built out of Oslo. We are a SaaS platform that helps organizations understand, manage, and evolve their complex digital landscape. By providing a dynamic, collaborative "digital twin" of their business, we connect systems, people, and processes to drive better decision-making and accelerate digital transformation.

Today, we are a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant and help some of the world’s most complex organizations (like Marks & Spencer, Primark, BT, Eaton) gain clarity in a changing world. We are backed by leading global tech investors, including EQT and One Peak, giving us the stability of a mature company with the speed and soul of a startup.

About the Role

The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in driving Ardoq’s growth by leading complex sales opportunities. This role combines strategic account management, consultative value-based selling, and close collaboration with the partner ecosystem to win large, multi-stakeholder deals. Acting as both a strategist and a trusted advisor, you will help customers shape their transformation goals and ensure Ardoq is seen as their preferred partner for enterprise-scale change.

At Ardoq, we value autonomy and psychological safety. In this role, you won't just follow a script; you will have the influence to shape your domain and the ownership to see your ideas through to execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Vision: Drive large, complex enterprise and mid-market sales cycles from initial discovery through to signed agreement and successful introduction of the customer success team.

  • Strategic Growth: Build and execute a self-sourced pipeline generation plan that ensures consistent opportunity coverage for future quarters.

  • Collaborative Impact: Work with consulting and technology partners, Sales Engineers, and Business Development Representatives to build winning strategies for generating pipeline and winning complex deals.

  • Cultural Contribution: Help foster a high-performance sales culture built on mentorship, collective success, and the sharing of sales best practices.

On a Typical Day, You Will

  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand customer priorities, challenges, and transformation goals.

  • Develop business cases and value propositions that clearly communicate Ardoq’s unique capabilities and competitive advantages.

  • Manage stakeholder mapping and multi-threading to build consensus across senior decision-makers.

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) and forecasting (Clari) systems with disciplined tracking of opportunity milestones.

  • Lead final contract negotiations and establish executive alignment to close opportunities effectively.

Who You Are

We are looking for a collaborator who balances deep domain expertise with a humble, "team-first" mindset.

  • The Experience: You have a proven track record in Sales, leading complex engagements with multiple stakeholders and developing strategies that address customer business goals.

  • The Mindset: You are action-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable navigating intricate customer and partner environments with clarity and structure.

  • The Tools: You are proficient in account planning, value-based selling, and using AI-enabled insights to optimise sales strategy and forecasting.

  • The Communicator: You can translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans and develop stakeholder engagement strategies that build trust and manage risk.

  • The Hunter: You are laser-focussed on finding and winning opportunities, including providing a steady flow of self-sourced deals.

The 'Ardoq Way'

We live by three core values that define how we work and treat each other:

  • Bold: We are "bold with heart." We take risks, but we do it with empathy.

  • Driven: We act like owners. If this company were yours, you’d know exactly what to do.

  • Caring: We care enough to be candid. We deliver direct, kind, and constructive feedback to help each other grow.

Why Ardoq?

We believe that high performance is powered by wellbeing. While our goals are global, our culture is quintessentially Nordic. You’ll have access to a competitive package that supports performance, wellbeing, and long-term success:

  • Employee Stock Options

  • 25 days annual leave offered globally
    Enhanced parental leave

  • Retirement and insurance benefits

  • Annual learning budget

  • Cycle-to-Work Scheme

  • Office lunches

  • Hybrid working policy: 2-3 days per week from one of our centrally located London Office

How to Apply

Send us your CV—we’d love to hear from you! Our hiring process typically includes 3-4 interview stages: Intro screen → Chat with hiring manager → Case interview → Meet with the team. We’ll be in touch within 1 week of each step and whether it’s a yes or no, you’ll get thoughtful feedback.

Final Note

At Ardoq, every teammate has a voice. Whether you love tackling enterprise-scale challenges or improving how companies run, you’ll not only belong, you’ll impact, grow, and make work meaningful.

#LI-Hybrid
