Days/Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday: 8am–7pm | Thursday: 8am–2pm (2.5 days off per week)

Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience)

A warm and welcoming family based in SW10 is seeking a playful and engaging nanny to support the care of their two young daughters, aged three years and nine months.
The mother is a very hands-on parent and spends a great deal of time with the children. You will work collaboratively with her and be confident recognising when to step forward and when to step back, allowing for natural family time.

The household has a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, and the family places great importance on maintaining a respectful and positive working environment.

You will be creative, proactive and genuinely enjoy engaging young children through imaginative play and enriching activities. Planning outings, exploring local parks, visiting museums or libraries and organising arts and crafts activities will form a natural part of the role. A background in Early Years education or development would be highly advantageous.

You will oversee all nursery duties, including preparing healthy meals for the children, maintaining their daily routines and ensuring their bedrooms, wardrobes and belongings remain organised.

The family travels regularly and spends extended periods in Switzerland throughout the year. You should therefore be comfortable travelling and working in different environments. Separate accommodation will always be provided when travelling.

During holiday periods there is also extended family support, creating a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

Although the role is structured across four full days and one shorter day, the schedule allows for two and a half days off each week, as one of the working days falls over the weekend.
