Full time hours on a temporary basis
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Surveyor to join our team, bringing a strong background in social housing and a proven track record of managing surveyors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to lead and support a team in delivering high-quality surveying services across our housing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of surveyors, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance.
- Conduct property inspections and condition surveys across a range of social housing stock.
- Use PDA (Personal Digital Assistant)technology to record and manage survey data efficiently.
- Apply NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR) codes accurately in the preparation of works specifications and costings.
- Provide technical advice and support to internal teams and external contractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of asset management strategies.
