Client Accountant - Property & Real Estate
- Prepare and manage financial reports for a designated commercial portfolio within the property sector.
- Oversee rent and service charge accounting, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliations.
- Collaborate with asset managers and other stakeholders to deliver key financial insights.
- Manage client reporting processes and respond to financial queries effectively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process for the assigned portfolio.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, including payment processing and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of audit requirements and liaise with auditors as needed.
