We're partnering with a highly regarded organisation in the arts and performance sector to find a confident and experienced PA to support their Director of Learning.
This is a busy, hands-on role where you'll be the go-to person for keeping the Director organised and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll need to be proactive, responsive and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensuring the Director is well prepared for meetings, commitments and key priorities
  • Coordinating travel, expenses and other practical arrangements
  • Preparing, collating and distributing meeting materials, reports and briefing papers
  • Supporting board, governance and leadership meetings, including note-taking where required
  • Helping to keep projects and project plans on track
  • Managing budgets, purchase orders, supplier set-up and quarterly spend reporting
  • Coordinating team activities, including meetings, social events, holiday cover and on-site support
  • Acting as a reliable first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders
  • Providing general administrative support to the Director and wider team
What we're looking for:
  • At least 2 years' PA experience
  • Experience or interest in the Arts
  • A proactive, organised and highly dependable approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A calm, level-headed and approachable manner
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive PA who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment and is looking for a flexible part-time role within a creative and purpose-led organisation.
