US Property Broker - Senior, Producer
Join a Thriving, High-Growth Property Division – Property Insurance Brokers (North America)
On behalf of a leading, highly prestigious independent brokerage.
We’re working with a rapidly expanding US Property division still at the early stages of an exciting journey. Despite being in its early stages, this team has already seen notable success, with strong business flow and an increasing volume of enquiries. To build on this momentum, we’re seeking a highly capable, production/relationship-focused Property Broker to play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and long-term success of the business.
This is an opportunity to join at the ground level, where your expertise, client relationships, and strategic thinking will genuinely matter. You won’t be just another broker, you’ll be instrumental to the division’s growth and a key player in its future.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven producer of North American property business; confident handling all types of commercial property, from municipalities and real estate portfolios to heavy industry, warehousing, and manufacturing risks.
- Someone with deep knowledge of the market, strong insurer relationships, and the ability to navigate complex placements.
- Entrepreneurial and commercially minded; you want to build something, not just maintain it.
- HIGH ENERGY, ambitious individuals
What’s On Offer:
- A chance to influence the strategy and trajectory of a fast-growing division.
- Access to strong market relationships, including Lloyd’s and domestic capacity, allowing you to place difficult or large-scale risks.
- Competitive, performance-led remuneration packages.
- The potential to grow into a leadership or team-building role, backed by supportive senior leadership.
 Why Now:
This is a rare opportunity to make your mark early within a division that’s attracting serious attention and investment. If you're a driven Property Broker who thrives on results and wants to be central to something on the rise, now is the time to have a conversation.
For a confidential discussion, please get in touch. Whether you're actively looking or simply curious, I’d be delighted to speak with you.
