Are you passionate about driving transformation and continuous improvement in procurement operations?

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Procurement Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be accountable for the quality and delivery of all operational and reporting activities managed by our outsourced Procurement Operations team. You will lead strategic initiatives to streamline and optimise processes, improve data capabilities, and enhance our procurement technology.

What will I be doing?
  • Oversee the delivery of all operational activities, including business help desk services, supplier onboarding, vendor management, and maintenance of procurement systems.
  • Lead the transformation and continuous improvement of procurement’s data management, reporting, and analytics capabilities, delivering actionable insights for the procurement category teams.
  • Drive improvements in procurement technology, leading the enablement and optimisation of SAP Ariba.
  • Support the Procurement Operations Lead in simplifying procurement processes and policies.
  • Manage and escalate issues related to outsourced services across procurement operations, technology, and data.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of all procurement data and reporting activities, including BSC, procurement savings, monthly team KPI pack, and spend reporting.
What do I need?
  • Proven experience leading procurement transformation initiatives, including managing outsourced help desk services and enhancing data and reporting capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes (Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay), with hands-on experience in technologies such as Ariba, SAP, and Coupa.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from planning through execution, with proficiency in data visualisation tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Highly analytical and numerate, with advanced Excel skills and a curious, problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-driven with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the initiative to work independently.
