What You'll Do:

• Provide actuarial and strategic advice to corporate clients on pension scheme funding

• Support new business development , including attending prospect meetings and developing marketing tools

• Prepare client pitch materials and present at industry events and marketing seminars

• Respond to client and internal queries on pension issues and deliver clear, actionable advice

• Conduct peer reviews and help maintain high-quality standards

• Accurately track time and manage billing for client work

Who We're Looking For:

• Qualified FIA or FFA with strong experience in pensions consulting

• A confident communicator who enjoys both client interaction and technical work

• Strong attention to detail and excellent written/numerical skills

• Comfortable working with technology and adaptable in a fast-moving environment

• A proactive team player with leadership potential
