Product Analyst - Contract (London)

Insight Investment are looking for a Product Analyst, where you will play a key role in driving the adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 applications and the Eliza platform across Insight. Eliza, our AI enterprise platform, supports advanced AI models, including large language models (LLMs) for natural language understanding and generation, as well as specialised models for data analysis and summarization. Your work will directly contribute to innovative solutions that support Insight’s goals and drive efficiency and innovation within the organisation.

Role Responsibilities

• Eliza Training and Support: Provide training and support to Eliza users, helping them integrate this powerful tool into their daily work.
• User Engagement and Training: Engage with business users at all levels to understand their needs and provide tailored training sessions on Microsoft 365 applications and Eliza.
• Adoption Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 applications and Eliza, with metrics to demonstrate progress and business value.
• Power User Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 applications at a 'power user' level. Showcase the art of the possible with these tools and help users discover features they may not be aware of. Demonstrate power user expertise with examples of SharePoint site creation and content management.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about new features and updates in Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration technology. Stay updated with SharePoint features and share knowledge through regular training. Share this knowledge with users through regular training sessions, workshops, and communication channels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, IT Service Desk, and global teams to ensure seamless integration and support for Microsoft 365 applications and Eliza.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and refine adoption and training strategies..
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, training materials, and FAQs, to support users in their journey with Microsoft 365 applications and Eliza.

  Experience Required

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Applications: Extensive experience and proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Viva Engage, CoPilot, and PowerApps. Extensive SharePoint experience and relevant certifications are also important to the role.
• Training and Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to engage and educate users at all levels of the organisation.
• Proactive and Engaging: A proactive approach to user engagement, with the ability to build relationships and understand the needs of diverse user groups.
• Continuous Learning: A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest features and trends in Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration technology.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams and share best practices. Understanding of agile technology team practices.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation and training materials.
