About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Transformation Programme Lead
to lead a high-impact initiative focused on redesigning and enhancing our learner onboarding experience. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape a future-fit onboarding journey that is scalable, compliant, and commercially aligned.

You will be responsible for defining the vision, mobilising cross-functional teams, and delivering a transformation programme that improves learner and client outcomes while supporting long-term business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the end-to-end transformation of our learner onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to design innovative, compliant, and commercially sound solutions.
  • Drive agile delivery, champion continuous improvement, and inspire innovation.
  • Own the change lifecycle from discovery to optimisation.
  • Integrate AI capabilities to enhance automation, efficiency, and learner satisfaction.
  • Communicate the vision with clarity and energy, bringing stakeholders on the journey.
  • Measure success through clear OKRs and data-driven insights.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in senior change/transformation roles, ideally blending digital workflows with expert-led services.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to delivering business outcomes.
  • Skilled in agile and hybrid project methodologies.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity with confidence.
  • Strong influencer and collaborator, able to lead through inspiration and impact.
  • Passionate about service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with AI in service design is a plus.
