A welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a passionate Psychology Teaching Assistant to work closely with the Psychology Department , supporting teaching and learning across KS3/4 and KS5.
?? The Role:-
Provide academic support to students in Psychology lessons, especially those with a strong psychology component (e.g., statistics and data analysis).

Assist with lesson preparation, research tasks, and classroom resources.

Offer 1:1 and small group intervention sessions to boost understanding and engagement.

Help students develop confidence in applying mathematical skills within Psychology.

A strong academic background, with at least A-Level Psychology .

A passion for education and student development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work in a supportive and innovative secondary school in Tower Hamlets.
