About the Role

You will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality tax advice and compliance services across a broad range of matters, including corporate, partnership and personal tax, as well as estate planning and international structuring. The role combines client-facing responsibilities with people leadership, business development, and internal operations.

You'll be exposed to a mix of UK and international issues, working with a broad set of stakeholders including global institutions, owner-managed businesses, trusts, and entrepreneurial individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a complex and diverse portfolio of clients in the private capital and financial services space

• Deliver high-quality tax advisory work covering a range of areas including corporate tax, partnership structures, personal and international tax

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted and lasting relationships

• Take a lead role in managing junior staff, including coaching, technical development and performance management

• Contribute to operational planning, team strategy and talent development

About You

You'll be a confident and capable tax specialist who enjoys solving complex problems and partnering with sophisticated clients. You're someone who thrives in a collaborative team, is commercially aware, and has a genuine interest in working with investment professionals, entrepreneurs, and global businesses.

Your Background

• ACA, CTA or equivalent tax/accountancy qualification (or legal/tax technical route)

• Strong UK tax technical knowledge, ideally spanning corporate, personal or partnership tax

• Prior experience working with financial services clients or private capital structures desirable

• Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and lead advisory engagements

• A natural coach and mentor, experienced in managing and developing junior team members

• Strong project management skills with a high level of attention to detail
