We are seeking a creative and organised Art Technician to join an excellent independent secondary school in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. This is an exciting opportunity to support a highly successful Art department and contribute to a culture of creativity and innovation.
The successful candidate will prepare materials, maintain studio environments and support teaching staff in delivering high-quality practical lessons. You will ensure that students have access to outstanding resources and a safe, inspiring environment in which to develop their artistic skills.
This role requires a creative mindset, strong organisation and a proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare materials and equipment for Art lessons
• Maintain studios and specialist resources
• Support practical sessions and demonstrations
• Manage stock levels and order supplies
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Assist with displays and exhibitions
Requirements:
• Art-related experience or qualification
• Strong organisational skills
• Creative and proactive approach
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• School experience (desirable)
