Elite NY Law Firm – London | Global Finance Associate (2–4 PQE) – Lender/Private Credit
We’re looking for a truly exceptional associate to join our London Global Finance team. This is a rare, career-defining opportunity to work on high-value, complex cross-border financings with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.
The Role:
- Practice Group: Global Finance (London)
- PQE: 2–4 years
- Focus: Lender-side, private credit, English law loan transactions
- Work on syndicated loans, acquisition financings, structured credit, and innovative private credit deals
- Immediate exposure to high-profile clients and market-leading transactions
The Candidate:
You are a superstar associate who:
- Has outstanding academic credentials and top-tier law firm experience
- Has demonstrable experience on lender-side Global Finance transactions
- Is commercially sharp, technically excellent , and confident advising sophisticated clients
- Has a track record in English law loan documentation , including leveraged, acquisition, and structured financings
- Can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact
