About the opportunity:

Due to healthy order books and continued company growth, I have been asked to recruit a Site Manager to work directly for the above contractor. Working as a site manager, you will be joining the companies’ demolition / enabling works management team based in Central London and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a site, ensuring work is carried out in accordance and time with the programme whilst also making sure standards are maintained, including health & safety.

About the requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:

* SMSTS

* First Aid Certificate

* CSCS

* Proven success of running large complex demolition / enabling works projects in City centre environments

Additionally, as this is a permanent opportunity, I am looking for a professional who can demonstrate stability of employment throughout their career, holding each previous post for a minimum of 2 years and you must be within commutable distance from Central London.

About the benefits & rewards:

For this permanent opportunity, I am looking to speak to professionals who are targeting anywhere from £62,000 to £68,000 per annum, however there may be flexibility on this as specific salaries will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package on offer in addition to the usual benefits associated with a large, successful company.
