About the Role: Lecturer in Childcare

As a Lecturer in Childcare, you will play a vital role in supporting our learners to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and support students through both academic and pastoral guidance.

This role is offered on a part time (14 hours a week), permanent role.

We are looking for passionate and skilled lecturers to teach Levels 1- 3, as well as T-Levels for Early Years. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment. As part of our dynamic team, you will inspire and support students to achieve their goals and progress within their chosen field.

We're looking for a passionate and committed individual with:

• Proven experience in Childcare
• Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
• A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
• A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)

You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
