Remote Scheduler - United Kingdom
Work Location : Remote in United Kingdom
Engagement Model : Freelance / Independent Contractor
Expected Work Schedule : Approximately 4-8 hours per day, 5 days a week, with 2 days (16 hours) remote training
Expected Start Date: End of February / Beginning of March
Estimated Project Duration : 3-4 weeks depending on the task assigned

DataForce is seeking a motivated Scheduler to work remotely from the United Kingdom to schedule recording sessions for one of our Data Collection projects taking place in London, United Kingdom. As our Scheduler you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our project runs smoothly, appointments with project participants are efficiently scheduled and managed, and deadlines are met.
Schedulers are responsible for communicating with potential participants via phone or email, as well as screening them based on defined criteria, and scheduling them based on their availability. Schedulers are also responsible for responding to pre-study participant questions, and pre-study follow-ups to encourage attendance and minimize no shows. The remote scheduler is the first point of contact between our team and study participants.
Work Responsibilities
Screening applicants via phone calls and scheduling appointments according to availability.
Managing the daily schedule and finding replacement participants in case of cancellations.
Sending emails to candidates to guide them through document signing and briefly explaining the purpose of the study.
Sending reminders to candidates to minimize no shows.
Answering candidates' inquiries via email and calls or redirecting inquiries as needed
Providing logistics information.
Filling the session schedule days in advance and reflecting project changes in scheduling, resource planning files, and study documentation where appropriate.
Communicating and coordinating with the project team on a daily basis to ensure up-to-date information.
Work Requirements:
Native fluency in English (UK).
Computer skills for tasks such as data entry, report generation, schedule creation and management.
Great organizational skills needed.
Must be extremely detail-oriented, flexible and able to shift focuses quickly.
A computer/laptop, headset and stable internet connection to use for work on the project.
Outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills including phone, email, and electronic media communication.
Experience working in a team.
Ready to support moderators, project coordinators, and managers at achieving the desired goal.
