At Fyxer AI, we’re building something rare: an AI tool that people actually use every day to do their jobs better.
Our product helps client-facing professionals like consultants, recruiters, and real estate agents automate the painful admin that eats up their day: email overload, scheduling chaos, meeting notes. Think of it as the AI Executive Assistant they’ve always needed but never had.
We integrate directly with Outlook, Gmail, and Zoom so it works with zero friction. That’s why people love it.
The Traction Is Real
We launched in May 2024. And have grown revenue from $1m $15M ARR in the last 7 months. In April 2025, we raised $10M Series A, backed by top-tier investors like Marc Benioff (Salesforce) and 20VC.
We’ve served thousands of paying users across the UK and US and now we’re gearing up to scale to $50M in revenue by the end of the year.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a People & Ops Lead to own and elevate the systems, culture, and experience that power our team. This is a high-impact, strategic role: you'll report to our CPO, work closely with the founders, and operate as both builder and business partner as we grow the team.
From scaling onboarding and refining our policies, to running our London HQ and shaping a best-in-class team experience - you’ll have full autonomy to create the people and ops foundation for our next stage of growth.
What’s on Offer
- Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 + equity + private medical
- Location: Onsite, Central London (Holborn), 4 days/week
- Reports to: Andrew, CPO
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
- Bring 5+ years of experience in People Ops, HR, or generalist Ops at a fast-paced startup or scale-up
- Are excited by ownership and the opportunity to design and lead systems from scratch
- Have strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR compliance, and tooling (e.g. Deel, Pento, Personio, HiBob, etc.)
- Are proactive, pragmatic, and able to zoom in on the detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind
- Have a track record of building culture, not just maintaining it - whether through events, comms, or thoughtful onboarding
- Know how to bring calm, clarity, and structure in a high-growth environment
What You’ll Own
People Operations
- Leading end-to-end HR operations across onboarding, contracts, benefits, offboarding, and documentation
- Managing our HR stack, EOR relationships, and payroll prep in partnership with finance
- Owning people policies and documentation, and advising the leadership team on compliance, risk, and best practice
- Partnering with leadership to create consistent, high-quality employee experiences across the team lifecycle
Culture & Internal Comms
- Driving in-office culture, monthly socials, and company offsites
- Leading internal communications and rituals that keep the team informed, engaged, and connected
- Acting as a cultural barometer and sounding board to the leadership team
- Making the day-to-day feel considered and enjoyable, from onboarding moments to team rhythms
