Conflicts Lawyer - Elite US Law Firm
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the firm's new‑business intake process, ensuring thorough evaluation of new clients and matters.
- Perform detailed conflicts‑of‑interest checks using internal and external databases.
- Draft and implement conflicts waivers and ethical walls to address and resolve potential conflicts.
- Advise lawyers and staff on ethical obligations and SRA Code compliance, promoting a culture of ethical awareness.
- Deliver guidance and training on conflicts procedures and business‑intake policies.
- Build strong working relationships through effective communication while adhering to firm policies and using resources responsibly.
