Working pattern: Part time (20 hours) or Full time (40 hours)
Salary: £28,000 (Pro rated for part time)

Job summary :
The Customer Relations Advisor will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our rental services to PCO drivers. This role involves handling inquiries, generating new business, supporting operational tasks, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers. You will be responsible for upselling services, assisting with bookings, and maintaining strong relationships to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and service requests, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Provide clear and accurate information on services, policies, and PCO requirements.
- Process rental agreements, vehicle check-ins, and returns efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
- Support fleet coordination by liaising with the Logistics team to manage vehicle availability and readiness.
- Build strong relationships with drivers, addressing their concerns, and offering assistance to enhance their overall experience.
- Assist with inventory tracking for essential supplies and escalate low stock levels when necessary.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide input and suggestions to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Skills and qualifications:
- You’ll have excellent customer service skills, ideally 1+ years experience
- You are a highly effective communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers
- The ability to persuasively present products and understand customer needs is essential
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- A self-starter who is proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A valid & clean full UK Driver’s License held for at least 2 years
