Join Our Team as a Mobile Vehicle Technician
Step into a new era of mobile repair with our Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) division!
What We Offer

- Guaranteed overtime options to boost your earnings, along with additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
- 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
A Different Kind of Role
The SMR division is a fast-growing part of our organization, focused on delivering planned, structured repair and servicing directly to our members—whether at their driveway or workplace car park. Enjoy a predictable schedule without emergency callouts or unpredictable shifts.
Your Daily Responsibilities
Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, where each job is pre-booked and the member is expecting you. You will:
- Perform routine servicing.
- Utilize advanced mobile equipment for diagnostics.
- Conduct in-depth repairs typically done in a workshop.
- Provide member advice and recommendations based on inspections.
- Carry out vehicle safety checks aligned with our standards.
With everything you need from day one—a fully equipped van, fuel card, uniform, full tool set, and advanced diagnostics—you'll use your technical skills to ensure members are back on the road safely and confidently.
Why Our Technicians Love SMR
- Planned appointments instead of emergency responses.
- Consistent workflow without unpredictable demands.
- In-depth repairs rather than temporary roadside fixes.
- Time to complete jobs properly, with built-in support and parts ordering.
- Clear schedules using our mobile service platform.
What You’ll Need
- Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
Application Made Easy
No CV required when you apply—it takes just 5 minutes to start your journey with us!
