The Role: This company is seeking an experienced Childrens Social Worker to work within their dynamic team. The role involves:
· Assessing the needs of children and their families to develop effective care plans.
· Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to safeguard children and promote their well-being.
· Maintaining accurate and detailed case records in line with legal and organisational standards.
· Supporting families to achieve positive outcomes in often challenging circumstances.

Key Requirements:
· Social Work qualification.
· Registration with Social Work England (SWE) is essential.
· Proven experience in childrens social work, with a sound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
· Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
