The Opportunity:

We’re hiring a Marketing Executive to support our Marketing function as we scale our business globally. You’ll provide essential operational support to our CMO and team, managing the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps our marketing function running smoothly, and develop your marketing skills across diverse projects in a fast-paced, growing fintech environment.

You will join a fast-growing team that values combining deep channel expertise, sharp data instincts, and creative storytelling. You will have the chance to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the marketing function and benefit from mentorship from senior marketers, as well as develop a strong foundation in marketing operations.

What will you be doing?

  • Work alongside our Integrated Campaigns leader and CMO to support the creation and delivery of our integrated campaigns strategy

  • Track discussions and action items and ensure timely distribution across the team

  • Prepare high-quality slide decks for company and external meetings, incorporating brand guidelines and templates

  • Conduct basic market research and compile trend reports as requested

  • Manage databases and maintain accuracy of marketing records

  • Manage the team group calendar meetings with accuracy and foresight, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones where necessary

  • Coordinate meeting logistics including room bookings, invitations, and minute-taking

  • Support the coordination of marketing operations, assisting with logistics and vendor management where necessary including processing of vendor invoices

  • Help coordinate events and webinars, including participant management and technical setup

  • Manage the SWAG process and portal globally

  • Handle general office administration tasks that support team efficiency

What experience might you have? (But if you’re close… we'd still love to talk to you!)

  • University degree or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 0-2 years of post-university work experience (entry-level candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply)

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (particularly Slides, Sheets, and Gmail) – this is critical for the role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, evolving business (including internships)

  • Experience with administrative and operational duties, such as managing calendars, taking meeting notes, and handling vendor relations.

Working Policy:

We operate a hybrid policy with a requirement of 3 days a week in our London office.

Salary:

Dependent on experience, from £30,000 - £32,500 + bonus + equity
